Sentimiento Mananan ilmoittautumis- ja peruutusehdot
Ilmoittautuminen verkkokaupassa, lomakkeella tai sähköpostitse on sitova. Ilmoittautuessasi kurssille sitoudut maksamaan kurssin kokonaisuudessaan ja hyväksyt ilmoittautumis- ja peruutusehdot.
Palautuksia kurssimaksuista tehdään yli 2 viikon sairastapauksissa sairaslomatodistusta vastaan. Tällöin korvataan 2 viikkoa ylittävä sairasloman osuus. Lyhyemmissä sairastapauksissa tunnin saa korvata toisen kurssin tunnilla kurssin voimassaolon ajan.
Alennukseen oikeuttava todistus (opiskelija, työtön, eläkeläinen) tarkistetaan ensimmäisellä tunnilla.
Maksumuistutukset
Jos maksua ei ole suoritettu viimeistään seitsemän (7) vuorokauden kuluessa eräpäivästä, lähetetään siitä ensimmäinen maksumuistutus.
Jos maksua ei ole muistutuksesta huolimatta suoritettu 14 vuorokauden kuluessa alkuperäisestä eräpäivästä, on seurauksena toinen maksumuistutus, jonka mukana tulee 5 euron maksumuistutuslisä sekä 8,5% huomautuskulu. Tämän maksumuistutuksen eräpäivä on heti. Mikäli et pysty hoitamaan maksua eräpäivään mennessä, ota yhteyttä maestrojesuslarosaperez@gmail.com sopiaksesi maksuaikataulusta.
Korvauskäytäntö
Jos sairastut tai et muusta syystä pääse osallistumaan tunnille, voit korvata menetetyn tunnin kurssin voimassaolon aikana millä tahansa toisella tunnilla Sentimiento Mananassa. Katso muiden kurssien tuntikuvaukset www.sentimientomanana.net/tunnit. Ilmoitathan poissaolosta sähköpostitse ennen tunnin alkua niin olet oikeutettu korvaustuntiin.
Yleiset ehdot
Pidätämme oikeuden aikataulumuutoksiin, paikkamuutoksiin ja/tai korvaavaan opetukseen siirtymiseen meistä riippumattomissa force majeure tilanteissa.
Asiakas on itse vastuussa vapaa-ajan tapaturmavakuutuksestaan. Sentimiento Manana / TMI Jesús La Rosa Pérez ei vakuuta oppilaita mahdollisten tapaturmien varalta.

Sentimiento Manana’s registration and cancellation policy
Registration in the online store, by form or by e-mail is binding. By registering for the course, you agree to pay for the course in full and accept the terms of registration and cancellation.
Refunds for course fees are made in cases of illness for more than 2 weeks against a sick leave certificate. In this case, the part of sick leave exceeding 2 weeks will be reimbursed. In the case of shorter illnesses, the class may be replaced by any other class in our weekly schedule during the duration of your course.
The proof of entitlement for a discount will be revised at the beginning of the first class (student card, proof of unemployment, proof of retirement).
Payment reminders
If payment has not been made within seven (7) days of the due date, the first payment reminder will be sent.
If the payment has not been made within 14 days of the original due date despite the reminder, a second payment reminder will be sent, with a payment reminder surcharge of EUR 5 and a notice fee of 8.5%. The due date for this payment reminder is immediately. If you are unable to make the payment by the due date, please contact maestrojesuslarosaperez@gmail.com to agree on a payment schedule.
Reimbursement policy
If you become ill or otherwise unable to attend the class, you can replace the lost class during the validity of your course with any other class at Sentimiento Manana. See class descriptions for other courses at www.sentimientomanana.net/classes. Please notify your absence by email before the start of class so you are entitled to a refund hour.
General conditions
We reserve the right to change schedules, location and / or substitute tuition online in the case of force majeure beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for his own leisure accident insurance. Sentimiento Manana / TMI Jesús La Rosa Pérez does not insure students against possible accidents.
